Cover the entire inside of the pan (the bottom and the sides). Line the baking pan with parchment paper. The parchment paper should reach above the pan so you can lift it out easily. Set the oven to bake, 350° F (177° C). Ensure the oven rack is in the middle position. Using an offset spatula, the bottom of a measuring cup, or damp hands, press the granola firmly and evenly into the pan. Bake for 22-25 minutes (or until golden brown and set). Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes. While still in the pan, cut into bars. Remove from the pan and let cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Do not separate the bars yet. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Remove from the fridge and separate into bars. Store in the fridge or at room temperature for several days.
